Jania Bailey – CEO
Jania Bailey is the CEO of FranNet. Bailey has over 25 years of experience in the banking and franchise industries. She worked for more than eight years, and in several different managerial capacities, with Fantastic Sams International, a hair care franchise. In her last position, she served as the regional manager for Fantastic Sams in Texas. Before that, she oversaw operational support and development for franchisees in a five-state region.
Prior to joining Fantastic Sams, Bailey spent 18 years in the banking industry in the commercial lending and business development areas. She has been a keynote speaker at several national events for organizations such as Skill-Path Seminars and Risk Management Associates. Bailey is the author of "Thriving – The Journey to Success in the Business World," a book that was published in 1995. She also has received numerous industry awards and recognitions including: 1998 recipient of the "Woman of Achievement" from the St. Matthews Business and Professional Women Organization; 1997 recipient of the Louisville Business First "Forty Under Forty” Outstanding Business Leaders; and 1995 recipient of the Bell Award for "Outstanding Volunteerism in the Workplace."
Jack Armstrong – Chairman
Jack Armstrong is the President of Franchise Network of New Jersey and is CFO of the FranNet LLC. He also serves on the Board of Directors and he currently serves as Chairman.
Armstrong conducts more than 50 seminars per year on franchising, many in close cooperation with leading outplacement firms and Small Business Development Centers. He has been actively involved in presenting the basics of franchise ownership as part of outplacement programs conducted by major organizations that are downsizing. He offers free consultation for prospective entrepreneurs.
Armstrong also owns a franchise of Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Jersey. Sunbelt Business Brokers is the largest business facilitation firm in the country with more than 300 offices in 38 states. For the last 10 years, Entrepreneur Magazine has ranked Sunbelt as No. 1 in the business brokerage field.
Armstrong has an accounting degree and a MBA in finance from Pace University, where he did his thesis on Franchising. The International Business Brokers Association also awarded him the designation of Certified Business Intermediary. He holds a New Jersey Real Estate License.
Blair Nicol – Vice Chairman
Blair graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker for the state of California as well as he has earned the premier designation in the franchise industry as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
After a year of working with a globally recognized franchise corporation, Blair soon realized it was once again time to work for him and help others live The American Dream of owning their own business. He is now a FranNet franchising consultant for the offices serving Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, San Diego, and Orange County. He is also one of the 4 principal owners of the Global FranNet Corporation with over 50 offices in North America. He also currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the parent company for FranNet.
Blair currently holds the following positions at FranNet:One of the four principal owners of the Global FranNet corporation with over 50 offices in North America, associate and owner for the offices of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, San Diego and Orange County and Vice Chairman of the parent company for FranNet.
Todd Bingham – President
Todd Bingham has more than 10 years in the field of information technology in the health care, banking, print, automobile manufacturing, retail, warehousing and investments industries. Before joining FranNet, he was the IT Administrator of the University of Kentucky’s Markey Cancer Center.
Todd holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree with emphasis in Information Technology and Management from Morehead State University.
During his free time Todd has been involved in Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, St. Joseph Children's Home, and the Young Professionals Association of Louisville. Todd is a Colonel in the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, a Good Works program that provides financial support to Kentucky charitable and educational institutions and organizations.
