About Ken

As a seasoned business owner, Ken Coleman has the experience and dedication to be your personal advisor. Ken has been in the franchise industry for over thirty years. Ken has had extensive management experience ranging from unit management to overseeing over 100 units as Regional Director. He has also experienced many levels of business ownership including multi-unit franchise ownership. Ken currently enjoys the ownership of the FranNet office in St. Louis, Missouri and has helped many individuals find the right business for them. He is also President of Franchise Systems, Inc.

Ken's experience also includes extensive work in franchise consulting, operation systems development, human resource planning and development, training and group facilitation. Ken has authored several books and manuals on Operation Systems, Management Skills Development, Basic and Advanced Training and Breakeven Analysis in various industries within the franchise community.

Ken works closely with his clients to understand who they are; not just their work experience and skills, but also their personal goals, values, and interests. He then coaches them through the FranNet research process that matches the clients with right franchise opportunities and prepares them to make an informed decision about their future in small business.

Ken and his wife, Sandy, are both natives of the St. Louis area. They have three children and three grandchildren.
