Mike Ingram, Principal and Franchise Business Consultant of FranNet Dallas, has over 17 years of executive management, management consulting, and business development experience in the hospitality, food service, and e-commerce industries. He is also the founder On the Go Books, a leading internet-based audiobook rental service.

Mike has spent most of his career planning and implementing revenue-enhancing, cost-containment, and automation projects for Fortune 500 corporations as well as for small businesses. In 2000, Mike founded Ingram Group, LLC, which assists small businesses and consortia thereof, including the North American Association of Subway Franchisees (NAASF). Mike combines business acumen and financial rigor with real-life experience as an entrepreneur to help small business owners successfully navigate a broad range of challenges and opportunities. Mike enjoys working with dreamers who understand that dreams are achieved via planning, persistence, sufficient capital and hard work.

Mike holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Strategy and Finance. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two sons.
