About Marshall

Marshall Reddy is the President of Franchise Network based in Jacksonville, Florida. His consulting group works with leading Franchise companies worldwide helping them find qualified pre-screened franchise owners.

Marshall’s background includes over 20 years of business ownership, sales, marketing and consulting experience. His first endeavor as entrepreneur was as an independent contractor for the Southeastern United States with the Optyl International Eyewear company, based in Austria. During his tenure with Optyl, he was awarded the Consultant of the Year for the United States. Marshall parlayed his success with Optyl into a successful partnership of optical retail superstores in Jacksonville. His company also worked as outside consultants with Vistakon, a Johnson & Johnson company, helping them develop successful marketing programs internationally for their AccuVue® contact lenses.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of North Florida and is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Marshall is a member of the International Franchising Association (IFA), the Council of Franchise Suppliers (CFS) and the Small Business Resource Network. He works closely with major career transition consulting firms, SCORE, and the Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida.
