Thom Crimans is a career consultation professional specializing in franchising. He has over 30 years of experience in business system design and consulting in such areas as developing high performance work teams and effective franchise processes.Thom is the president of FranNet of Mid-America located in Louisville, Kentucky and is a Member at Large of the FranNet Board of Directors. He has also served as both Inventory Committee Chairman and Membership Committee Chairman for the FranNet Board of Directors. He is also a member of both the International Franchise Association and the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers. In his business, Thom evaluates the systems of individual franchise organizations and then develops a profile, for franchisors, of the ideal franchisee.
