A graduate of Taylor University with a MBA from Xavier University, Todd has 20+ years of experience in operations, finance, human resources, sales, corporate development and mergers & acquisitions, delivering top-line and bottom-line results in the manufacturing, consulting, technology and financial services industries. Todd brings this experience and expertise to the clients he serves as the franchise owner of FranNet of Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Todd is past president for the Cincinnati Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and has been a board member for 5 years. ACG (www.acg.org) founded in 1954, is the premier global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions in the US and Canada.

For the past 3 years, Todd has served on the board of the Queen City Foundation. For 38 years, The Queen City Foundation has assisted minority students in the Cincinnati area, seeking out students with academic talent and motivation, and informing them about educational opportunities at the most prestigious independent local day and national boarding schools throughout the country.
