FranNet Bill of Rights: No. 1 – Your Best Interest

This week, we introduced you to the new FranNet Client Bill of Rights and today is the first installment of the 10 individual rights. We hold these tenets dear enough to devote an entire blog column to each one of the rights. The first bill of right, if history has taught us anything at all, is an all-important revelation into the tone of all combined rights. Here is the definition of the United States Bill of Rights, Amendment I:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It immediately sets the tone by establishing freedom of religion, the primary reason we migrated from England in the first place. Free speech—and are we hearing a lot about that lately! Freedom of the press, the right to assemble and the right to lodge grievances against our own government as a private citizen.

At FranNet, we’re not a governmental organization and our bill of rights isn’t as magnanimous as our country’s. But it’s still a very important document to us and for our clients. Thus, the first FranNet client right is the following:

FranNet Consultant will recommend business opportunities that are in the best interest of their Client; based on the Client’s goals, budget, and skill set.

Clearly stated, FranNet consultants pledge to work for your best interests, not ours. Every day across the U.S. and Canada, we meet with clients from all walks of life. With all different types of backgrounds, as it pertains to wealth, experience and motivation. What we pledge to do is drill down to the core of your capabilities and guide you through the franchise investigative process to find the opportunities that best suit your needs, not ours.

The investigative process can be a winding road. While some clients enter the process with a predetermined notion or plan, others remain completely open to ideas and franchise concepts which truly match up with their unique backgrounds. We treat everyone the same, allowing you to build trust in our consulting abilities. At the end of the day, the goal remains the same. How do we best help our candidates begin an entrepreneurial journey of their own?

If you’d like to see what FranNet’s investigative process is all about, put some thought into reaching out and scheduling a no-cost, no-obligation visit with one of our qualified representatives. We’ll help you harness the aspirations you bring to the table, matching them up with franchise concept recommendations which play directly to your strengths, talents and ability. We’re more than happy to give you all the advice you can handle, but the decision is still yours alone to make.

In the coming weeks and months, we’ll continue our rollout of each of the FranNet Client Bill of Rights. We’re proud of the tenets we’re pledging to you and will dedicate the requisite space to define, defend and inform our future clients as to the meaning behind each one.
